Participating players should have a citizenship to the country and multiple citizenships are not allowed
International Cyber Marketing today announced the basic players’ regulations for the 2006 tournaments, which will be applied in all tournaments including local preliminaries, national finals and Grand Final in Monza, Italy, from October 18 – 22. The regulations consist of participant qualification, age restriction, auto-berth and other players’ regulations.
