Wild-eyed sniper says he was framed

Wild-eyed and at times nearly shouting in his closing argument, John Allen Muhammad said he was framed for the Washington area sniper spree. "Let me tell you a story about the lying prosecutors and the lying policemen, whew, and the story they told," Muhammad told a Maryland jury.
