on the first move:

1...Bf3 2.Kxf3 d5 3.Qg2 mate
1...Bg6 2.Qxg6 (2.Rf5 mate next either on g2 or d5; 2.Qd5+ Be4 3.Qxe4 mate)
2...d5 3.Qg2 mate
1...Ba8 2.Qxa8+ (or 2.Rd5 and mate next) 2...d5 3.Qxd5 mate
