VSI's business model is based on eFresh, an electronic distribution network for the delivery of all types of prepaid services. Delivery of prepaid services to consumers is completely electronic and is done in real time. Delivery is via a variety of interfaces such as cell phones, kiosks, and Point Of Sale (POS) terminals.

VSI offer a simple solution to a complex and expensive distribution channel - namely the use of physical cards for prepaid services payments. Since physical cards are in the mode of planned obsolescence VSI's answer of going electronic as the preferred method of purchasing prepaid services is almost a given.
