With the release of
her new album this week, Norah Jones
has announced her North American tour plans for
the spring. The trek begins on April 13 in
Wallingford, CT, and will wrap on May 12 in
Montreal. Jones will also visit the Jazz &
Heritage Festival in New Orleans on April
28. Tickets for all shows, with the exception of
Jazz Fest, go on sale February 14.
Meanwhile, fans can catch Jones and her band on
The Tonight Show With Jay Leno
on February 7.
As reported
yesterday,
Jones' new CD, Not Too Late, was the
most pre-ordered album of all time on
Amazon.com. Amazon does not disclose its
actual album sales totals, but Not Too Late
also was #1 on the Amazon.co.uk music
chart, as well as #1 on iTunes in Germany,
Austria, Netherlands and Switzerland.
