The Village Chess Shop is open from 11am to midnight seven days
a week.

What are the directions?
A. The best way to get here is by Subway. Take the A,B,C,D,E,F
or V train to the W. 4th St Station. Exit out the downtown side
onto West 3rd St. We are 3 blocks up West 3rd just off the corner
at 230 Thompson Street.

Why are some of the board sizes so odd?
A. Many of our boards are made in countries using the Metric system
for measurements. We try to give you the closest value in English
Standard measurements.
Q. Do we ship
outside the Continental United States.
A. Yes, we need to quote each request so we can get the best rates
depending on where you are and fast you need your items. You can

Items are not being added to my Cart when selected, why?
A. If Pop-up windows are disabled on your browser you may miss
some messages that we send. If you cannot add an item to your
Cart you can safely assume the item is out of stock. If you would
like to backorder that item you will need to enable Pop-up windows
or call us.
