I'm looking for a book that features games with at least 10 pages used for each game. Currently, I have:
Logical Chess, Move by Move
Understanding Chess, Move by Move
Best Lessons of a Chess Coach
Chess Mentor Software
Unbeatable Lessons of a Chess Coach
Winning Chess Brilliancies
What else are there? |

There's a pretty cool site you may have heard of. Check it out:

I believe that Russian Chess, by Bruce Pandolfini will meet your criteria.
IIRC it's over 200 pages for about six games (I can't verify as I am separated from my library for a while). It's a Q&A format. |

It doesn't quite fit the bill (might be some games that go 10 pages, but most are less), but I have really been enjoying Edmar Mednis' "Strategic Chess: Mastering the Closed Game". |
