Northern Ohio Division USFA Schedule OFFICIAL

All events require current USFA membership, equipment, clothing and age restrictions per USFA requirements. Clothing requirements now include socks that cover the shins. All competitors must be USFA members. Non-Members may purchase USFA membership at any USFA tournament for $40.00. Admission to the viewing public is free.

Alcazar Fencing Club at Shaker Hts. High School, Shaker Hts. Ohio (216) 381 0669

The Alcazar Fencing Club is located in the basement of Shaker Hts. High School. Follow Lee Road North or South to Aldersyde. Turn west onto Aldersyde, then follow Aldersyde around Shaker Hts High to Onaway. Follow Onaway to parking lot just after the Football Field. Enter the parking lot. Take steps down to entrance of Alcazar Fencing Club.

Bowling Green State University, Eppler Complex, Bowling Green, Ohio

Get to I 75, Exit on Exit 181. Go West on Wooster. After 3 lights turn into Parking Lot A (It is across from South College St.) or Parking Lot G. Walk North To Eppler Complex. Fencing will be in Eppler 221 on October 22. Fencing will be in Eppler 200 on Feb 24, 25 and March 10 and 11.

DIRECTIONS: I 90 east or west to Lakewood. Exit at W 117th. St. North on W 117th St. to Detroit Ave. Turn west. Cyrano’s place is at 12512 Detroit (on north side of the street). Parking is in the municipal lot just west of the club.

FROM WEST: I 480 EAST to Warrensville Center. North on Warrensville Center to Harvard Avenue. West on Harvard Avenue. JFK is on south side of Harvard, 1/2 mile east of Lee Road.

FROM EAST: I 480 WEST to LEE Road. North on Lee Road to Harvard Avenue. East on Harvard Avenue. JFK is on south side of Harvard, 1/2 mile east of Lee Road.

Kent State University Kent, Ohio

FROM CLEVELAND : Take I 271 South to I 480 East to Streetsboro. In Streetsboro take SR 43 south to Kent. In Kent, SR 43 is Mantua St. Turn left onto Main St. Follow Main St. for 1 mile. Turn right into Midway Drive. (There is and arch over the street, with "Kent State University" on it.) Follow to top of hill. Just past Prentice Hall is the parking lot on the right. Fencing is in the Gym Annex, Court C.

North Ridgeville Middle School Gym

From RT 2 or I 90 : Rt 2 or I 90 East or West to Rt 83 exit. Rt 83 South 5 miles to Center Ridge Road (Stop Light and BP Station). Turn Left (East) onto Center Ridge Road. Turn right immediately right into North Ridgeville Middle School driveway. Gym entrance doors are towards back of parking lot.

From I 480 : Take I 480 West to Lorain Road Exit (Past Great Northern Blvd and Stearns Rd exits). Turn left onto Lorain Road. At Lear Nagle (BP at corner) turn right onto Lear Nagle. Follow Lear Nagle to Center Ridge. At Center Ridge Road turn left. Follow Center Ridge Road for 7 lights. Middle School is on left side of street between St Peter’s Church and the BP Station. Turn left into North Ridgeville Middle School driveway. Gym entrance doors are towards back of parking lot.

From Ohio Turnpike. Exit turnpike at exit 152. Follow signs for Oberlin (RT 10 West). Turn right at first light onto Root Road. Follow Root Road north until it ends on Center Ridge Road. Turn left onto Center Ridge Road. Middle School is on left side of street between St Peter’s Church and the BP Station. Turn left into North Ridgeville Middle School driveway. Gym entrance doors are towards back of parking lot.

Oberlin College Oberlin, Ohio.

Oberlin College: Hales Gym, I 480 west, follow Route 10 west. Exit on Route 511. Follow 511 west into Oberlin. Pass Tappan Square Park and Woodland Avenue. Hales Gym is on the right side of Lorain, just past Woodland. Next to Oberlin Clinic (Hospital).

Oberlin College: Phillips Gym, I 480 west, follow Route 10 west. Exit on Route 511. Follow 511 west into Oberlin. Pass Tappan Square Park. Turn right onto Woodland Avenue. Phillips Gym is on the left. Fencing Room is on 2nd floor.
