Blues guitarist Otis Grand might not be a household name in his native country, the United States, but it's a different story in Europe. He's toured nearly everywhere in the world and has won some prestigious awards, including Best UK Blues Guitarist, an honor he won seven consecutive years.
Writer Birgitta Larson caught up with Grand recently at a blues festival in southern Sweden. Her interview covers a range of topics, including the blues scene in Europe and the state of blues today.
