(IDG) -- It's the small joys that count, and personalizing your desktop is a great way to enjoy your PC. We all know about screen savers and wallpaper, but how many of us have changed Windows' default icons? The files on this week's list can help you make your desktop your own, and most of them are free. They include icons of a Lego spaceship, Celtic art, rock stars, science fiction, and a garbage pail with a skull and crossbones. They're not all frivolous, though. Two programs on the list help you set alarms so you'll remember appointments. So give them a try! And remember, if you don't have an icon manager already installed, you need to download a program like Microangelo 98.
