Customer guarantee: |
We offer 15 day return guarantee for all items sold (except otherwise stated). If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, simply return the item back to us, we'll issue a refund check or/credit back to your credit card for the item cost. Please make sure that the item is in the original condition when you receive and insure the return package. We are not responsible for any lost or damage in the return shipment.

Return policy: |
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) required. Please call or email us to obtain a RMA# before returning any merchandise.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or Invoice copy. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
When you return an item, follow the instructions on the back of the Invoice you received, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:

**NOTE:
Most of our shipments are insured (Glass Figurines, Music Boxes, Kites, etc.). In case your order is damaged during the shipping, please follow the instructions of filing a claim (against FedEx or USPS) in the enclosed letter. We'll try our best to ship the replacement at an earliest possible time.

We gladly accept checks, money orders and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Fax, phone, and online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. International orders must be paid through bank wire transfer. |
