| Karpova: Zhu Chen (born 3/16/1976)
She won the junior women world championship in 1994 and 1996.
Zhu Chen became WGM in 1998 and won the WWCC in 2001 (beating Kosteniuk 5:3). Stefanova has been the reigning WWCC since 2004 because Zhu Chen didn't take part in the WWCC. |

| OneArmedScissor: I think it comes down to which wins are respected more. Generally speaking, classical games are more widely appreciated and respected. Consequently, this is the reason why most people only count classical games and not rapid or blitz. |
