When I received my bar stool it was slightly damaged in post. Called drinkstuff.com for replacement parts and they came the next day - can't get better than that!

The mirror I ordered as a present arrived within 2 days and was so beautifully and safely wrapped in bubblewrap I couldn't bear to destroy it, so I gave it just as it was! Excellent service.

Not happy customer - Ordered a Nebula lighting laserpod orb base station in BLACK and what arrives is SILVER, no explaination as to why they have sent the wrong colour and delivery note even says Black, maybe they dont care at Drinks stuff or they do not check the parts being despatched against the delivery note. Has put me off using this company again.

We try and check each item before it is sent out but we do trust our suppliers to a degree to pack the right thing. If there is ever a problem with an order our customer service team are willing to help out to put your order right.

They all arrived in perfect condition in packaging which I am sure cost more than the goods I purchased.
The only downside to my purchases was the dartsboard cover I orderded, having received it I was very pleased with my purchase but having looked on a darts website I found the exact same product for £14 less, which I am sure is a considerable saving!!

Very disappointed. my order arrived the next day as requested which was brilliant as I was pushed for time thus why i got next day delivery. unfortunately 1 of my 2 orders was wrong and i was sent a different product. i rang to explain mistake and the order was re dispatched that afternoon. i was promised i'd receive next day (although wasn't offered this originally) but 2 days later i received a note through door saying nobody was available to sign for the order so it was returned to parcel force depot. so frustrating as didn't have time to pick up before went to ireland for the party which i needed the products for. if i knew the products wouldn't arrive until 2 days later the second time i would have had them sent elsewhere to guarantee i received them. i trust this will be looked into and i'll receive a reply shortly.

We rely on a third party to make our deliveries and although they are usually very good sometimes we are let down by them. Please accept the gesture as per our email.

We ordered some bar stools,but the gas legs would not stay in the position you set it at.They would lower when ou sat on the chair and then suddenly rise up when you got up.
The gas legs have been replaced several times but it still does the same thing.

Glasses were just what I wanted and arrived in good time. However, despite drinkstuff's evident best efforts, one arrived broken - future note to self, order more than you need.

We ordered the colour changing spa lights; after trying out 6 lights we have found that 2 leak. The only solution would appear to get out the silicon sealer and try to patch up a poor design.

I ordered ceramic chips for playing poker.
Unfortunately a lot of them were damaged but drinkstuff was very helpfull and I got credit on the site to reorder the damaged chips.

I was a bit worried about spending such a lot of money on a bar stools through a company I'd never heard of, but I have to say the service has been exemplary.
