Very cool program. Would be better if divided into time frames but it's still god. I only recomend it to people with COLOR palms. Otherwise, it would look.... well horrible!

Superb program, highly recommended freeware. Unparalleled clear and straightforward monthly view, with clear marvellous icons, and option to shade in days if you like. Accept that this isn't a replacement for more complex datebook programs, nor is it a program linked to date book. Great for shading in your work timetable, or whatever. Suggestions: make navigation to different dates/months easier, eg getting to the month 18 months from now (can we have a "go to" button with a calendar similar to Palms datebook. Also, increase the size of the back/forward arrows at the bottom of the screen which navigate back/forward a month. Superb program if you have simple needs such as work rosters !!!

Beautifully designed but rather superfluous given the lack of linkages to Datebook or Agendus. This program illustrates a basic fact about Palm software: aesthetics cannot be a substitute for functionality.

Maximus is a really excellent idea, but if Maximus was integrated to replace the system datebook's month view as a hack, it would be golden! I would not bother writing my calendar dates in Datebook and then switching to Maxim and marking the same events there separately. Unfortunately it is impossible to allocate any of the nice icons and alarms to existing topics of the Datebook.

Since my datebook is well laid-out, I often yearn to have a month view of other stuff I am doing - solution: use tealglance for datebook and maximus for fun stuff. Very nice.

Provides useful "at-a-glance" graphical display of appointments, etc. for the selected month, using a wide selection of icons (alarms and written notes can be appended to icon entries). However, there seem to be a few minor, but annoying, bugs (see below). In short: Maximus is a really excellent idea but I don't yet feel that I can rely on it for accurate information (though I'd very much like to)!

The idea is fair and they have tried to make it look nice, at least. But performance is pretty unresponsive, with all those animated texts and cursors that cannot be disabled... somehow gives me a feel of a Windows 95 software rather than Palm application!
