Mood Tracker helps you monitor you mood and the other factors that might be affecting it.
By tracking how you're feeling in addition to how many hours of sleep you've had, your water intake, how many cigarattes or alcohlic drinks you had etc you will quickly see what's bringing you down.
With this information you can then make adjustments and help bring about a better life for you and those around you.
Each day you can track up up to 12 different factors including:
- Your mood
- Hours of sleep
- High fat foods
- High sugar foods
- Alchoholic drinks
- Cigarettes
- Caffeinated drinks
- Serves of fruit and vegetables
- Exercise
- Water intake
- And two miscellaneous drugs (these can be any drugs that you might be taking)
Once you've started entering data you can graph ANY of these 12 factors across time.
There will be lots of upgrades down the track and plenty of support.
