A very nice app, especially for the Tungsten E since it has no cradle. But the separate power and mini-USB cords of the E seem to confuse CradleSnd. If I plug in just the power cord CradleSnd tries to initiate a HotSync.

Seems to work but seems to fireup the selected app occasionally even when not connected on my nr70v. Which is slightly annoying. This occurs when the device has not been switched on for a few hours.

Do NOT use on a Palm Tungsten C!
1) It doesn't consistently play the tone or start the hotsync when putting the unit on the cradle, and
2) It sometimes interferes with the device's auto-power-off feature, leaving the unit on and killing your battery! Finally figured out that CradleSnd was the cause and deleted it.

I use it to auto-start "MS Import" which allows access to the memory stick as a removable drive on the PC. (The name: it could be "Cradle Send" or "Cradle Sound" depending on the emphasis). I would like to be able to select the sound that is played and/or switch the sound off. Thanks for a small & powerful program.

Does exactly what it says it will. Be careful to have system sound on in prefs!
