This is usable when you want to input text in the dark area and you can not see the silkscreen, silkscreen is hidden by active graffiti, no silkscreen device like Handspring Treo.

Wow - excellent utility! Works fine on my Tungsten T, unlike the poster below. To use it just click on the square around the shift arrow to activate, drag lower right to upper left to perform shifted punctuation.

All I can say is wow. This program does it. I have a Treo 90, and it doesn't have a backlit keyboard, so this is great for night use. Easy to use, better than Graffiti Anywhere, and it's tiny!! Good job with this program!

[Palm V upgraded 8MB and OS 4.1] Program works OK on the upgraded Palm V. Performance in MemoPad is very good, but it can interfere with other applications if not switched off. Reason for this might be the memory upgrade or upgrade-plus-OS. On the Palm Vx, works fine with no problems.

Great concept! Overcomes the lack of a backlit keyboard on the HS Treo 180. Is very slow recognising keystrokes with DocsToGo from Dataviz. Other than that, EXCELLENT :)

I've been using this on my Treo 90 for a couple of days and it works very well. For some reason, it seems more accurate than my old Palm VX did normally, but it could be the screen is different or something. This has a benefit for a lot of devices that already have a graffiti area: Writing on the backlit area in the dark when your normal graffiti area is dark.

Installed on both Handera330 and a Sony PEG SL10. Worked well on the Handera,but even better on the Sony, which is helpful given the smaller screen and lack of a virtual graffitti area. Highly recommend this with one caveat: Best to disable when not entering significant amounts of data as the digitizer becomes optimized for graffitti input not menu selection and you often end up activating puncuation when trying to tap a menu item.

Use the command stroke (Newbies - draw diag. line up from lower left to upper right of graffitti area) to bring up small icon tray that allows you to tap on the NewPen icon to activate or disable. Quick and easy. Numbers work perfectly. You just have to write them on the right side of the screen, as you would normally using the right side of the graffitti area. No hotsync problems using Intellisync on an NT workstation for the Handera. No testing yet for the Sony as I'm awaiting delivery of a new desktop for home. Nice job. Thanks for the program.

Fouded the bug, the small one: newpwn seems to interfere with the menu sometimes, the agenda order is slightly disturbed when newpen is active, even if you are not using it, but the idea is still fantastic :-)

Installed on Visor Prism. Works okay, but no numbers. Problem is that even after turning it off. I had problems with being able to properly click menus as the digitizer was not hitting my selection. For example in Memo Pad, couldnt select Delete Memo in the menu,even with program turned off.

This works well on my Treo, the only exception being numeric input which doesn't work on the Treo's 3.5.2 OS. After enabling NewPen, I can turn graffiti input on or off by tapping the screen for 2 seconds. The command bar support works in many applications, that lets me turn graffiti mode on or off by tapping where the shift icon is usually displayed at the bottom of the screen.
