The following changes appear in version 1.1, released on October 1, 2003:
- Graphics routines re-written to solve performance problems on slower devices.
- 256 color graphics (8-bit) support added.
- Black-and-white (1-bit) graphics re-rendered to improve appearance.
- Animation and fanfare played when level completed.
- After a sequence has been played, user-input is accepted immediately without delay.
- "Game Over!" message is displayed when last life is lost by time running out.
- Nose poking regions enlarged.
