At Popcorn, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer support team on support@popcornlive.co.uk or by telephone to 08703 669131 (calls charged at national rate) to request a returns authorization number and details of how to return your products for refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and sufficiently packaged. If the items are not received in their original saleable condition, a re-stocking fee will be charged for us accepting the item

Popcorn fully support the regulations set down by the Office Of Fair Trading with regard to refunding goods. Under The Distance Selling Act 2000, all customers from popcornlive.co.uk have the right to return goods (within the legal cooling off period of 7 days) for a full refund of goods. Unless returns are made as a result of mistakes by popcornlive.co.uk or faults or damage covered by popcornlive.co.uk or manufacturer's guarantee the cost of returning goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
