Shipping costs -
- $6 flat fee for shipping within the continental U.S. All orders within the continental United States cost $6 to ship, no matter how large - so the more you buy, the better the deal :)
- $11 flat fee for air (or priority) shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- If you live outside North America:
- we will ship single DVDs for $6
- Larger orders will be charged actual shipping costs.
- Insurance/Other options:
- Insurance is not included with our normal shipping options. You will be able to add insurance after checking out.
- Rush orders are available within the U.S. for $5 extra. Your package will be mailed within 2 business days via Priority Mail.

Payment -
- You will be charged $6 for shipping during checkout.
- After checkout, you will be presented with links to add $5 for additional shipping or domestic priority, as well as a link to add insurance, if desired.
- If additional payment is required, we will send an e-mail within 48 hours of ordering with a selection of payment options including Global Express, International Priority, and First Class International (if available) (Surface shipping is no longer offered by the US Post Office; sorry!). If none of the options are acceptable, you can always choose to cancel your order with full refund.
- If you prefer to know shipping costs before ordering, you can send us an e-mail with the items you are interested in, and we will notify you of shipping costs before you order.

Shipping time - Once we receive payment, your order usually ships within the number of business days listed in the shipping indicator. Business days mean MONDAY through FRIDAY, with the exception of holidays. If for some reason we miss the estimated date, we will upgrade your shipping to Priority (in North America) at no additional charge.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: We normally ship via US Mail. Most packages will ship Parcel Post, though heavy book orders will ship Media Mail. Standard length of shipping time for these methods:
- Western States (California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah): 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse
- Mid-America (anything between the West and East): 3-6 days after leaving our warehouse
- Eastern States (Maine to Florida): 5-10 days after leaving our warehouse
- Domestic Express: If you require faster shipping, for $5 additional we will ship your in-stock goods within 2 business days of ordering. Goods will be shipped via Priority Mail, which usually arrives 2-3 days after we ship.
- International Shipping:
- International Priority: This is our standard option, and takes 7-10 days to arrive after we ship.
- Global Express (EMS): This special option takes 4-6 days to arrive after we ship.
- First Class International:This is a new option, and only applies to small light packages. Should take 7-10 days to arrive after we ship.
- Surface Shipping is no longer offered by the US Post Office. SORRY!
