NOW OPEN!

Nancy Lynn: Inspiration Was Her Mission explores the career of this aerobatic pilot. Lynn was a native of Dayton, Ohio. She was employed by Proctor & Gamble in the 1980's and became one of the company's first plant managers. She left P & G to pursue a love of flying and became hooked on aerobatics. Lynn started performing in air shows in 1998 and participated in 10-12 shows a year with her son, Pete Muntean as commentator and crew chief. The exhibit is the result of a collaboration between Pete and this semester's Public Relations Portfolio class at American University.

Rock 'N Barrel Rolls will include artifacts from Ruth Law, Patty Wagstaff, Tracy Pilurs, Julie Clark and others. The Thunderbirds first female pilot, Nicole Malachowski, will be in Cleveland performing with the Thunderbirds this Labor Day weekend at the Cleveland National Air Show. We pay tribute to her and the many women throughout aerobatics history in this exhibit.
