I ordered two of the viking bar stools earlier this year for my kitchen, although rarely sat on, and even then by kids, they both broke. I called customer services and was dealy with in a most friendly and professional manner, within three working days my stools had been replaced. This is first class service and I would not hesitate to use this company again. highly recommended

nice to have one shop that sells such a wide range of bar goods.
Prices are slightly on the higher side, especially when the SAME goods are available on EBAY from HongKong at less than half the price (only drawback is 3 weeks till it arrives)
Other than that, its all good.

Great product and price (Trivia Toss). Unfortunately, even though the shipping packaging was secure, the actual plastic casing of the product's own packaging was cracked inside. This was slightly disappointing as it was for a birthday present. It would be good if product were checked in the warehouse before packing them up and sending them off.

Bought the Neo-Link neons as a surprise present for my partner - he was so thrilled that he actually cried - how good is that. Stools arrived in good time - had to be put together using poor instructions and no holes for the screws to go in. Also - one of the bits had been welded on the wrong way round - it was under the seat so didn't really notice but they were £75 each so expected better!

The LED light wasn't as bright as it appeared in the picture. In the dark it looked OK but in light you couldn't tell it was lit up. As it was only £2 I wasn't bothered as felt it was still a good price but would have been annoyed with the quality of the light had it been more expensive.

The first order i placed was not a prob it went through first time and delivered with out any hassle but then i ordered a bean bag and said it was in stock on the web page then 3 days later i was told the colour i wanted was not in stock then 3 days later after i picked my new colour i was told there would be and extra charge to get it delivered to my house cause it was so big even tho they say its free delivery for orders over 35 pounds !!! and i spent over 200 pounds !!!!
apart from that good site and ok service !!
put on extra charges before people buy please !!

Great, but...... really everything is great but one of the stools had the end plastic thing missing, it's a plastic popper that fits in the end of the metal tubing on the foot rest, I did e-mail you about it but got no response.
Love the stools though, great value for money and the instructions for putting together, well they made sense.
Just need the plastic popper and in my mind you'll be out there with the best..

I have previously been a loyal customer of drinkstuff - however this recent order has been extremely disappointing. One of the chairs is faulty, and the whole article is appauling quality for price. I phoned on receiving this order to flag this up and organise a return and have been told that is not possible. I was told to photograph and email a formal reply which I did over a week ago. I have followed up this email yesterday hoping for some news of resolution - I still have had no reply to this. I am now stuck with 2 very poor quality chairs - one of which has a whole in and no offer of reimbursement - this service is completely unacceptable. I will be taking further action.

Giant Size Playing Cards are brilliant!
However, I also bought Indoor Sparklers
For cocktails, they are a load of rubbish
Out of 2 tubes now, over half of they have not gone off.
Really disappointed with them!

I am sure i made a good choice to pickup Drinkstuff out of many suppliers. Regal Mahogany Finish Pub Bar is good for the price but, it could better. Customer service is 2nd to none and the delivery on time as they promised. I wish all success for their effort.

When i couldn't order the items i wanted with my awkward delivery requirements via the web site i placed a quick call to a very helpfull lady who managed to get the items to me on time despite stock shortages. The items were packaged perfectly and were in no danger of damage. great staff, great products and excellent delivery options (especially before 9am)

Then item came as promised so the dispatch and the notice system was great, but the item was punctured, as this was for a stagg weekend ot was a bit of a disapointment for the groom.
