I have always been one to shop early. Lately gift cards have become my favorites, but what are some of the best gifts to give to someone who has absolutely everything, needs nothing, but we still exchange gifts?
Its easier to shop for kids 10 and under; what are appropriate gifts for teenagers? I also have a sister who never likes anything that I give her, no matter how much it cost, and I usually buy her something expensive. She's very hard to please.

I need to find a dozen thin, lightweight, rigid disks of approx. 2" diameter. This sounds easy, but has not been!
The large metal washers I found at the hardware store are too thick and heavy.
The wooden disks I found at AC Moore are too thick at 1/4". I'd prefer something half that thick. Basically, I need big, round, dog tags. Plastic would be fine as well.
They need to be thin and lightweight enough to punch 2 small holes in opposite edges. They will be strung together with a medium-weight chain to form a costume belt. A round jewel will be glued to the disk, so the disk does not have to be completely solid, either.
