restaurants

I have an eating disorder so I always require my food in restaurants be changed from standard prep. Usually the person who brings the food is not the one who took my order. The person bringing the food has no clue it's wrong, and the person waiting on me didn't check it. Do I tip well even though I didn't get what I ordered (and had to sit and wait for it to be re-made as everyone else eats)? Do I punish the server when the cook and the person bringing the food were the ones who were wrong?

"Get anything you'd like", you know they mean "get what is cheap"...I usually look over the menu, ask what they are getting, and either get the same or something of same or lower price...my partner thinks this is a great time to get something really expensive...partly to be petty....any thoughts?

After a lifetime of eating cukes, seeds & all, I've noticed over the past year or so, that many restaurants here in So Cal are cutting the seeds out of them. I recently got a new recipe from someone where it told you to take the seeds out, too. Why? All I can think of is people might think that the seeds make stuff mushy, but they really don't so I don't know! Any ideas?

anything about it (although I dont see that much tv) it's a great deal and I might go tonight if they are, and if so, any idea what the appitizers are this time and if they are good? (or weird? last time had fried mac and cheese and pizza dip)
