The fee for beginners lessons starting from $20/hr and some of them are available to come to your house.

 

Nicholas Orlov rated 1550 is available for lesson with beginners (K-3 graders)  $20 each 1 hr lesson. Nicholas knows all openings that beginners need to know. He came #2 at 2005 National Championship. Great references are available.

 

NM Joshua Sinanan is available for lessons.

WGM Elena Donaldson, Three Time US Women’s Chess Champion:

WGM Elena has limited space, please contact her if she has openings.  .

Elena is accepting students of beginners-intermediate level only (U1100), with no previous private coaching who is ready to follow her requirements for home work and playing in tournaments.

Elena works with her students twice a month or bi-weekly.  Elena’s fee starts from $75/hr. 

If your child is lucky to be selected by Elena they will soon become one of CHAMPIONS

While other coaches are proud to have students achieving rating of 1000 by 4-6th grade Elena students get to this rating in less than a year, even if they are as young as K-graders!

 

Elena’s son (Nicholas Orlov – he is available for lesson) achieved rating of 1000 when he was in pre-K, at age of 5 and by second grade he was rated over 1400 winning most of local 4-6 grade tournaments. He came second in 2005 Nationals (Championship) and he is the only student so far in state of Washington who won Tournament of Champions in K-3 section as a second grader.

Elena created curricullum Chess Academy workbooks for after-school and homework.
