Tabula Rasa Vault has posted a Q&A; entitled: Response from March 1st Mini Report. Here's a snip:

- Controlled Fission -

This has been an issue since at least 1.3. In PvP, if a target is affected by Fission and is KILLED by Fission's discharge, the target will be affected by what some call the "armor bug" or the "Fission bug". Armor will completely stop regenerating naturally, but can still be healed by boosters and tools. This happens EVERY time a target is killed by Fission. Health and power seem to completely stop regenerating naturally too. Relogging is the only way to fix this. People have /bugged it for a while now but it has not been fixed, nor mentioned as a known issue in any patch notes.

Dev_Harleyquin: This has been fixed in 1.7.

The official TR site has this week's Feedback Friday posted with a look at the upcoming v1.6 patch. Here's what you'll find:

Sneak peek at version 1.6:

With 1.6 in the works right now, we thought we'd give you a sneak peek of what you will able to experience for yourself once 1.6 goes live. These are but a couple of those handy little features that were requested at some point or another and we would be happy to get your feedback on some of the changes outlined below by using our Feedback Form.

Kill Streak Multiplier

The kill streak multiplier has been updated to make leveling easier at higher levels. Previously, the same multiplier was available to everyone regardless of their level and players could only reach a maximum of plus 250%.

The multiplier will be changed to a whole number and the maximum multiplier increases as players go up in level. The whole numbers will look a bit familiar to you if you played back in beta, but a lot has changed as to when you'll get the bonus.

* Up to Level 9, maximum multiplier is x2
* From 10 to 19, maximum multiplier is x3
* From 20 to 29, maximum multiplier is x4
* From 30 to 39, maximum multiplier is x5
* From 40 onward, maximum multiplier is x6

NCsoft has committed a lot of money and resources into continuing post-launch development of Tabula Rasa. We have been putting new content into the game every few weeks, and we will continue doing just that. We have already added more upper level content and new features like Hybrids, and we're working on tons of exciting content, such as Personal Armor Units (mechs and mini-vehicles that players can use and will grant them new abilities).

Tabula Rasa's weekly , the Feedback Friday, focuses this week on the ongoing development plans for Tabula Rasa and the future additions of content, bug fixes, and other improvements in the game:

How we are dividing our current development efforts:

* 1/3 of the effort is being spent on fixing bugs. We hate them, you hate them, and we'll spend a good portion of our time getting rid of them.
* 1/3 of the effort is being spent on new features. New features keep everyone coming back for more.
* 1/3 of the effort is being spent on performance and consistency. Consistency is slightly different from bugs in that it may be seen as improvements to currently existing systems such as quality of life changes...
