Traditional Raisin PieYield: 1 Pie 1 1/2 c Brown sugar Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Cook over boiling
water for 15 minutes. When cool, pour into pie shell. Cover with lattice top. Bake 10
minutes at 450F (230C). Reduce heat to 350F (175C) for 30-40 minutes. Serve with almond
flavoured whipped cream.
