Rove: Courts will have to decide his subpoena

Karl Rove says he didn't interfere with the Justice Department's prosecution of a former Alabama governor.

President Bush's former chief political adviser told ABC's "This Week" program today that he only learned about the investigation and indictment of Don Siegelman "by reading about it in the newspaper."

Rove the captain of dirty tricks and politics in its lowest form. He will lie cheat and steal to win an election. He's even good enough to get Bush elected twice.

Yes, they better spend time investigating the sex lives of presidents.

Sorry Dan, their job is oversight. They're doing one of the things the Republicans ignored while they had the power to do the right thing. Now it's up to the Democrats. There are a number of things they have to catch up on.

If, as you claim, you are a Constitutional warrior Why do you support the Republicans? They have abused your Constitution. The Constitution was written for all American right? What is your opinion of President writing signing statements that basically states he will do what pleases him? Rather than what the Congress considers law.

Why just Republicans, if they looked into their own house they could keep busy for years with real crimes. Instead they give Chairmanships to Already Indicted Democrats. But then Politics is Blind to what you so called Friends do even if it is Illegal...

Lets see, maybe it was Rove who told the Democrats to say they could end the war so people would eat it up and vote for them, or was it just Representative Paul Kanjorski (D-Pa) on August 28, 2007
http://www.youtube.com/watch...

"I'll tell you my impression. We really in this last election, when I say we...the democrats, I think pushed it as far as we can to the end of the fleet, didn't say it, but we implied it. That if we won the Congressional elections, we could stop the war. Now anybody was a good student of Government would know that wasn't true. But you know, the temptation to want to win back the Congress, we sort of stretched the facts...and people ate it up."

Rove is the Josepf Goebbels of the republinazis. Repeat a lie over enough and the sheep will believe it as the truth. It worked in Germany and it is working here. Howmany people still think that Iraq had WMD, were responsible for 911 and were a threat to us? Millions of sheep wandering the countryside looking for their Feurher!

Subpoenas are a waste of time. We should just line Rove and all of his neocon coconspirators up in front of the Washington Monument, shoot the bastards and memorialize the event with a commemorative stamp. It'd be as big and wonderful as VE Day.

Sacred cow - beyond bounds of discourse - shut up.

Of course Puerto Rico counts - they'll be
our translators and more when Obama opens up
all of the Americas and begins to treat our
neighbors with respect - unlike our history
of siding with the landed (US educated) gentry
the exploiters of their own - in service to
a northern master who seeks resources on
the cheap.

Obama as like a gandy dancer on high buildings
has to be careful beyond belief, can't fully
express his true feelings on her hoping that he
have an RFK cumuppance. The same will hold true
for 'ol man Mcsame. What an extraordinary person
who can seemingly take the "kitchen sink"
attack of the joined at the hip pair.

Its scary when enlightened people are so
predictably set to pull levers for someone
so divisive. I'm trying to fathom what her
presidency would do for a nation in peril.
A homo sapien who demonizes an opponent and
heaps praise on one, Johnny McSame whom she
feels to be in total harmony with. Busines
as usual Hillary MsSame. No change - a 100
year war either way were they to be positioned
to inflict pain like never experienced before.
Sad humans .... unable to connects those dots
an RFK ending for Obama, sniper danger in Bosnia,
"right wing conspiracy" a theory unleashed as
cover for hubby's dysfuntionality. Give him
another shot at other interns - Vote Hillary.
She'll then have that "wag the dog" impulse to
unleash a Bushy reign of terror - where this
may end, nobody knows.

I don't support the Republicans or the Democrats. They have both left the Constitutional reservation. Yes congress has oversight over what is constitutional, but for them to be in perpeptual investigation mode is a little much. I'm a member of the Constitution Party. www.constitutionparty.org

I don't like excecutive orders!
Executive Orders
Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution clearly restricts the power to make laws: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States".

Presidential Executive Orders are clearly "legislative powers".
We oppose the use of Presidential executive orders that make law or otherwise usurp the Constitutional authority and responsibilities of the legislative and judicial branches. This Constitutionally subversive practice must be stopped by Congress. All unconstitutional executive orders must be repealed.
