I got this as a replacement for my old Philips 5.1 surround sound. I have a Sharp 42` TV and wanted a better quality cinema experience so I chose this model after a visit to my local hi-fi store. I am very pleased with the sound quality and the fact that there is no need to set-up the speakers every time I want to watch a movie. Also the speakers on this look great.
I dont use that word much but this system is - awesome!
I didnt want loads of wires across the room so i went for 2:1 system. it took me 10min to set up, anyone could do it.
The sound is amazing, very crisp and the bass is fantastic i wish i lived in a detached house so i could turn it up louder!
It also looks brilliant. the speakers are black, the bases of the speakers are black, but the tubing in between are chrome which wasnt clear from the pics. but nevertheless it looks fantastic and topped my living room off as i didnt buy it just for the sound, my room looked a bit empty if that makes sense. now it looks great.
im chuffed to bits and cant wait to get home tonight and listen to it somemore!
