 Krasnoyarsk Directorate for IT and Communication launches "hotline" on the quality of cellular services. This decision was made due to boom of complaints of the work of cellular operators, Krasnoyarsk mayor's office reported.
Krasnoyarsk citizens are welcome to call experts of the Directorate for IT and Communication and complain of the quality of cellular communication of all Krasnoyarsk operators from April 2.
"Hotline" will be on from 9.00 a. m. to 6.00 p. m. till the end of April. The phone number is (3912) 26-19-44. The results of "hotline" will be used to work out measures and improve the quality of cellular communication in Krasnoyarsk, the mayor's office informed.
