Russian Joint-Stock Company "Unified Energy System of Russia" sells 66.33% shareholding of OJSC Krasnoyarskenergosbyt (Krasnoyarsk Energy Sale Company) to OJSC HydryOGC, which will lessen its holding of stock in Krasnoyarsk company to 0%.
Krasnoyarskenergosbyt shares will be acquired by Irganayskaya hydroelectric power plant of Dagestan, which is owned by Russian Joint-Stock Company "Unified Energy System of Russia", RJSC UES reported. The market value of the controlling interest of Krasnoyarskenergosbyt is $63.12 billion.
OJSC Krasnoyarskenergosbyt serves for 21,800 legal entities and more than 930,000 natural persons in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Its branches are located in Achinsk, Kansk, Kodinsk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk, and Sharypovo.
