I take it this was a song from the 40's

I seen him back in the early 70's. he and his band were the opening act for "CCR" in the old Boston garden. WOW, he should have been the featured act. what a great show he put on. a great memory!

What's that Nike commercial that he was in -- something about- You ain't got Diddley! Can't remember. Anyhow, Great talents leave us a lot of good memories

...never saw him perform in person, but I have some of his LPs to remember him in song.

Like Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly and Little Richard, Bo Diddley has had a major influence on Rock music. Rock & Roll heaven is getting one of the best. Even though he's gone, all his great recordings live on.

THere was and it no one like Bo.No one can get me up off a chair and moving around like him.
That down and dirty mississippi heart thumping give me another beer music will never die,Bo,you will always make me smile REAL BIG!
