NAME

     LAMB-MARINADE1 - A marinade for any cut of lamb

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1/2 cup)

     50 ml     salad or olive oil
     30 ml     wine vinegar
     10 ml     prepared mustard
     5 ml      crushed rosemary leaves
     7 ml      salt
     3 ml      onion salt
     1 ml      black pepper
     1 ml      ground ginger
     1 ml      instant minced garlic

PROCEDURE

          (1)  Mix together.
          (2)  Refrigerate.
          (3)  Marinate lamb overnight.

RATING

     Difficulty: trivial.  Time: 5 minutes  preparation.   Preci-
     sion: no need to measure.
