PECAN PIE

Rich and delicious Southern dessert!



INGREDIENTS:
•4 eggs
•3/4 cup sugar
•4 tablespoons butter
•2 cups milk
•1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
•1 cup pecans
•1 tablespoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION:
•Grease a 10" pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients (except pecans) in blender until smooth. Add pecans. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream; also good cold.

Per serving: 362 Calories; 21g Fat (51% calories from fat); 8g Protein; 37g Carbohydrate; 152mg Cholesterol; 270mg Sodium
