Looking for something on a specific topic? We've done the heavy lifting for you.

Topics provide an easy route into the website's 50 000+ articles, saving you the trouble of searching or browsing the archive.

The best place to start is in the collections of articles on 170 clinical and 90 non-clinical topics. For example, you'll find some 500 hand picked articles on ischaemic heart disease, 300 on breast cancer, and 60 on the ethics of organ donation. It's a great way of getting up to speed on a new topic (and - by subscribing to email alerts - of keeping on top of it).

Also archived here are 65 theme issues of the BMJ, material assembled for a campaign in support of academic medicine, the full text of four books, and content prepared specifically for UK and US doctors.
