Wow that is really erie. This baby is a fighter. He deserves to have a chance at life along with all babies.

How late term was she that it survived? If she had tried to murder it just a few weeks later she would be in prison..

Oh absolutely NOT!! I think that this baby should be adopted because it it apparent that she could not handle the thought of taking care of a baby with that kind of condition.

I thought the fetus was injected with drugs to prevent survival??? seems harsh to chop a living thing to bits and vacuum it up.. I am against the method of abortion not the act itself, say day after drugs or early on but a viable fetus should be off limits and the mother should still retain custody , it is a miracle of sorts and most women have had abortions then other children when they were ready.The murderers would be the ones who perform the act ,the parent would be a co conspirator.

I think the "miracle" was due to use of a procedure that does not remove the fetus from the body. Obviously, there would be at least some failure rate. If a fetus is removed -- even perfectly intact -- within the legal period of abortion, there is a 0% survival rate.

I hope they can treat the baby for his condition, and make sure his life is something better than the prolonged misery and premature death his parents had expected.

listen if you don't mind helping a fello human , i have always avoided such topics as this for a few reasons , i am squimish and it's sad but I really don't know the basics of abortion and cannot look at the images, your way of explaining above however didn't curl my lip or hurl my lunch, is it at all a human procedure or is my theory accurate (from above) that was how it was recently explained to me.

Wow, how do you explain that one to your kid when they start asking questions about where they came from? LOL!

u asked what do u tell a child that was aborted.. this is a case of just that thing.. the gal aborted the fetus and it was born alive.. the nurse on call saved the baby, had the doctor been the he would have killed her.. the girl is now an adult and was adopted out without the birth mom knowing it...they have met ....
