Who's going to fight this next war? And will Bush somehow magically stay in for a third term as a result of this? We will find the answers to these shortly.

Ummm, once again I must ask. A few years back I heard a chorus of voices - "The Democrats want to negotiate with Iraq, Kerry wants more time for the sanctions to work!!! These people will destroy America!!!!!"

Now that the republicans are doing the same thing I guess that means the republicans want to destroy America, right? Blithering freakin' idiots they all be.

If we just cut loose Isreal they should be able to take care of Iran.
Cause if Amadinajad developes nukes Isreal is the first to go.
He's come right out and said it on many occasions.
And then every other oil producing nation in the Middle East will fall as his goal is to control all the oil in that part of the country.
At any cost!

The non-proliferation pact was screwed when Bush cracked on India. Its time to rework it to allow energy production for many states in a controlled fashion. Otherwise, we will have a permanent military draft. All for a document written when a barrel of oil was 15 dollars.

Well at least it sounds like the Bush Administration is working with our alies (here the EU) for once and not going all lone cowboy.

That alone is a happy improvement!

Iran, Iraq, and all of the oil rich nations are independent with sovereign rights to live without US or UE intervention. But the neocon agenda is working hard to change that.

According to the IAEA, they found nothing that would indicate that Iran is developing nuclear weapons and everything that is inline with producing electricity. But since the US keeps saying they have proof that Iran is developing nuclear weapons -- the US and members of the UN Security Council keep placing more sanctions on Iran.

We are using the same tactics on Iran as was used on Iraq when Saddam stopped using the US dollar in Iraqi oil transactions. Convince enough people Iran have WMD and require that they prove they don't and you can justify another war.

All the oil rich nations are watching as the lies are exposed and the true nature of Bush's intentions are revealed. Many oil rich nations have nationlized their oil and other natural resources. That's going to force the USA and the UE to launch more unjustified wars based on lies or negotiate fair and reasonable contracts.

So far, Iran has signed contracts with China while the US has refused to talk to the Iranian leaders. Again we are planning to use force to take what belongs to them and destroy what they already have.

If the nuclear electricity is turned on, the Iranians will have the oil and natural gas that we want and the energy saving nuclear powered electricity that we refused to develop.
Something we could have done many years ago. But since our leaders allowed greed to block industrial progress, coupled with our refusal to adopt clean green technology we are now in a position of extreme vulnerability and all nations know it.

It's pretty obvious Iran wants to control Mid East oil.
When Amadinajad can do that he will be powerful enough to attempt an Isreali take out,at any cost.

Ironically, the Bush administration is pushing Iraq into a more convivial relationship with Iran. It's reminiscent of the fight against terrorists in Iraq leading to a presence of al Qaeda which had been absent previously.
Nobody ever said Bush was among the sharper tools in the shed.

Ok so the Iranians, who the IAEA says are making power with their nukes are 'bad', while the Pakistanis, who HAVE nukes on rockets already, are 'good'.

And this is because the military dictator of Pakistan is our buddy, while the elected President of Iran, though a paper tiger due to the relative impotence of his office, is our enemy.

But of course, our Paki in the pocket doesn't say things like, "The state of Israel will be destroyed (because all wars of occupation fail)" or "The holocaust is a holy cow (myth, with a friendly Iranian translator)."

I think he said it best when he questioned why, if the Germans were SO bad to the Jews, why do the Palestinians have to be punished for this?

Bomb-Iraners for AIPAC Masters. USA is but
a surrogate vehicle whose blood and treasure
help g-d's own cause.

If Obama gets elected and hopefully sees the light then maybe we have our own Messiah to confront those who like our current version they
managed to have zapped. Go Obama!

Oil beneficiaries Cheney and Bushy have friends
in right places - blood sucking. Americans go to hell.

The legislation also would:

_Require traders to put up more collateral in the energy futures markets and open the way for federal regulation of traders who are based in the United States but use foreign trading platforms. The measures are designed to reduce market speculation.

_Make oil and gas price gouging a federal crime, with stiff penalties of up to $5 million during a presidentially declared energy emergency.

_Authorize the Justice Department to bring charges of price fixing against countries that belong to the OPEC oil cartel.

Lets place sanctions on those Bushy friends who
can do as they will with us. Friends of his ilk in high Gov places seem to hurt us time after time
without a penalty.
Bin Laden family connection are
mighty strong. Lets get that oil aflowing and
then we can and must dig in our own back yard as well.
