Flint police chief orders crackdown on sagging pants
Police in Flint are cracking down on sagging pants that show too much skin. Police Chief David Dicks has ordered officers to arrest those they see walking around with their buttocks exposed.

1 The prison I work in has a 'no tolerance' policy on sagging. It is said to be gang flagging, and none of that is allowed at all. The inmates try anyway, then they get walked down to Property and are forced to get issued pants that actually fit. I personally think it looks stupid, but I'm old and really not into the whole rap mentality. |

1 That's so true, but as a former retail worker, I believe it also gives them access to stealing & shoving items down their pants, so....to the guy with "It's a great day to be alive" on his page--try chasing down some of these punks, & then wondering if they are going to shoot you over a damn barbie doll they just stole from your store, so their little ghetto child can have it. I think it's WORTH the cops having their reason for getting these thugs apprehended. My best friend had enough of that crap of theiving gangstas & wanna-be ganstas stealing from her Kaybee store. She has 2 young ones, & I am glad she quit working in that store, but in that particular mall in Pittsburgh. My other point: you never know WHAT they are storing inside those baggy ass homey pants.(could be a weapon?) |

All the men in my family have such little butts that their pants are always slipping down. My sister-in-law purchased shirts with extra long backs for the guys one year for Christmas. What a hoot!!!
