Police: Eve Carson's Final Moments Terrifying

This is the kind of stuff that keeps me up at night. If I was a legislator I would draft a bill that would send convicted murder criminals like these guys to the electric chair immediately after conviction. I'm not stupid I know there are issues of wrongful convictions, but in a clear cut case like this I would fire up old sparky after the last syllable of guilty. There will be many leftys that would disagree with me on this, and they would be concerned about the rights of the convicts. Not me I think we need to start cleaning house on death row. I'm sick of people concerned with the rights of prisoners, and not promising young people like Eve Carson. These guys should have been jail at the time of the crime, but God forbid we may step on their constitutional rights.

There have been too many wonderful college students now dead this year due to crazies so I agree. If it is a cut and dried case why must the taxpayers pay for the cocoon they are put into rather than a speedy death after the conviction.
My friend will never get over her college Senior dau. being killed by her ex-boyfriend anymore than I will get over my child being murdered 20 years ago. Get rid of these killers.

LAUREN BURKE mudered at auburn univ.. big media has BLACKed out these stories because of common thread. parents need to warn daughters and not end up like EVE CARSON.

ship them back to Africa. They have ruined a great country so set them free to the motherland Zimbabwe..they would last about 20 seconds before they were hacked to death...good riddance I say.

You can blame it on their up bringing, Poverty, No daddy to hug and tell them they are loved, what ever you want to but the fact is they made the choice to kill this young girl.The two lazy pieces of Dog___ T had nothing better to do than
kidnapp, steal and kill. Give them a fair trial, if you find them guilty the judge needs to inform them they will be executed within the next week, during that time I think the father of the victim should have the choice of visting both young men and explaining(How ever he feels will get his point across) to them the hurt they caused his family. If the father does not want to how about the mother, brother or sister.

Yes, realistically this would greatly cut down on violent crimes. There are too many criminals and gang members that know if they get convicted of murder that they could still be paroled in 15 years if the circumstances are right. A quick trip to death for murder I believe is the only way to deter these ignorant nobodies. Find out who your state representative is and begin ideas, thats the only way to start the bill process. Bill ideas are started everyday by citizens. I graduate from law school in 2011 and I'm going to do everything in my power to get my foot in the door so we can quickly dispose of those who bring our promising youth down.

The law should do what the Chinese do with their death penalty cases.Within minutes of a guilty verdict,take them behind the courthouse and put a bullet where there brains should be.

Even though we come here and comment on what "should" happen ? We whine and cry about cruel treatment and our crime rates soar - other countries (such as China)- seem to have the idea on how to deter future criminals. When will we wake up? These creeps should die as they killed -

The reason crime does not go down or deter -future crime is because we take to long to hand down justice to these criminals we care more about there right's and forget about the victim and there right to due process. they get more time for robbing a bank then taking a life. it should not take twenty years to carry out justice and when we know they are guilty of that crime and its been proven in the court of law.

IT is too bad that Eve did not have a shotgun to defend herself.I come from AR where many have a concept of us sitting on porches holding guns and in overalls.WHile this is true to some degree(!) most of us here are not afraid of guns and have them in our home.Eve did not dream she would need such a thing to defend herself,minding her own business in her apartment.I see it differently as I was armed in my apt.while in college.These pieces of trash deserve what they gave,only,I wish Eve could have given it to them,both barrels.

If you will look at the Bureau of Justice stats on white on white crimes,black on white crime,and black on black crimes,you will see that there is no large incidence of black on white crimes.The majority of black crime is committed against other blacks according to the stats,and,the % of white on white is almost half of all the crimes committed against whites.
