Will africa ever have a powerful country?
I was going to bring that up. I saw something on PBS the other day about Asians looking to improve parts of Africa. I was thinking it will probably take "outsiders " to put much of Africa on the "right" path. (Monday | post #7)

I've definitely noticed this. I've been criticized for having a non black man in my avatar, it doesn't take away my love of my race or myself, like ppl like to imply. One thing I have noticed for example, white men, marrying an asian woman, he still has respect for his white women, but when black men are with white women, they treat bw like dirt, i've seen this on more than one occasion. I think (blacks-of either sex) gets upset b/c they feel "abandoned " and it shouldn't be like that, I think you can be married or date another race and still have love for your own race, for some reason when some blacks get with a non black rather due to prior rejection or being on the defensive, they tend to "snub" other blacks, but on the same token i'm sure blacks have lashed out at them, so it's a never ending cycle. We need to get over it and move on. (Monday | post #6)
