The Hub //

About the Hub

The Hub is designed to make it easier and more convenient for RMIT students to access service, advice and information.

Here are some of the things you can do at the Hub:

  • Submit a range of forms - Enrolment Variation, Leave of Absence, Cancellation of Enrolment, Special Consideration, Application for refund.
  • Enquire about enrolments, scholarships, student fees, the status of a form or an application that has been submitted.
  • Receive one-on-one support and help to use Enrolment Online.
  • Obtain a new or replacement Student Card.
  • Have a TAFE fee concession approved.
  • Purchase an official copy of your Academic Transcripts.
  • Get your Travel Concession application approved.
  • Make non-cash payments for tuition fees, replacement student cards, transcripts, print credit increases, school trips, materials fees, vaccinations and library fines.
  • Support for international students – request a currently enrolled letter, have the relevant section of a work permit application approved, collect your Medibank Card.
  • Check if lost property has been handed in.
  • Enquire about other student support services including the Counselling Service, Career Development and Employment, Housing Advisory Service, Campus Nurse, Study and Learning Centre and the Disability Liaison Unit.
  • Certification – The Hub is able to certify documents for use within RMIT.
  • Obtain a campus map and ask for directions around the campus.
