Changing your address and personal detailsIt is your responsibility to notify the University if you change your address or personal details. If the University does not have your current mailing address you may not receive important information about the administration of your program, including enrolment and re-enrolment information. If you are a currently enrolled student, you can change your address and personal details online by using Enrolment Online. If you are not a currently enrolled student (ie: alumnus or ex-student) you will need to lodge a Change of Personal Information form (available for download below) in person or by post. To change this information you will need to complete a Change of Personal Information form (PDF 44kb) or Change of Citizenship / Immigration Status form (PDF 44kb) and lodge it in person or by post at The Hub. Log in information and supportYour login is your student number preceded by ‘s’ without any letters at the end (for example student number 1234567x translates to login s1234567). Your password is the Novell password you use to access your RMIT email account. If you have never used your network login, your password will be your date of birth in the format YYYYMMDD — for example if you were born 5 January 1985, your password will be 19850105. If you have trouble logging in, or you previously changed your password and have forgotten it, please contact the ITS HelpDesk.
