- Bloomberg LP - Financial Information on Your iPhone - 4:30 PM
iPO Apple Store Spotlight - Apple has long provided a stock market tracker on the iPhone, but Bloomberg has released a free app called Bloomberg LP that offers far more than the default app. The version I installed is version 1.1, an 0.8MB download from the App Store. 3 Comments.
- Seven Days (and Counting) Trying to Get an iPhone - 2:50 PM
iPO Just a Thought - On Friday, July 11, 2008, I figured I'd go out and interview a few of those guys in line for an iPhone, take a few photos, write up a story and be done with iPhone 3G coverage. Then I'd be able to get one for myself, my real reason for the trip. That was seven days ago (and counting!), and I am still waiting! What's a gadget geek to do? 18 Comments.

- Jensen JiMS-525i - 12:05 PM
iPO Review - The Jensen JiMS-525i is a docking digital HD Radio system for iPods and iPhones with support for the new iTunes tagging technology. At an S.R.P. of $149.99, it's the least-expensive of the two tabletop HD Radio system that support tagging at this time. (The only other system with tagging as of this morning is the Polk Audio I-Sonic ES 2, priced at a whopping $499.00.).
- Apple in Art - 11:05 AM
- Apple's products are often compared to art and sometimes are even called works of art. Jonathan Ive doesn't hold exclusive control over Apple in the world of art because the Mac and iPhone maker's customers can be equally creative -- and you never know where their creativity will turn up. 2 Comments.

- Particle Debris and a New iPhone (2G) - 8:20 AM
StrangeCharm - Because I write about what?s going on with Apple, most often I have to jump in and experience what the readers are experiencing. So with some trepidation, on Friday July 11th, when all hell was breaking loose, I went ahead and updated my iPhone 2G to the iPhone 2.0 software. That?s when the trouble began.
- Build Your Own Twitter Client - 7:30 AM
TMO Quick Tip - The list of client applications for accessing the microblogging social Web site Twitter is as long as my arm, but some people still prefer using the site's interface to enter and view tweets. Instead of always jumping to a Web browser to access Twitter, you can turn the site into a free-standing app on your Mac -- and its amazingly easy to do. 2 Comments.

- One Infinite Loop for MobileMe Support - 11:00 AM
- Apple is known for a great set of technical support pages. However, with the recent glitches with the MobileMe rollout, it's understandable that there might also be some glitches in the support pages. Or perhaps Apple is just weary of all the feedback, and iWeb support pages take the customer seeking help on a merry-go-round, an infinite loop. 3 Comments.

- "It's a PHONE for God's Sake!" - 9:40 AM
iPodObserver - "It's a phone, for god's sake," said one TV reporter in reference to folks lining up for Apple's iPhone 3G. He was on hand to cover said line, and he made it clear to both the anchors back at the studio and the folks in line that he thought their decision to wait in line for nothing more than a phone was idiotic. Unfortunately for him, he chose to speak to someone in line unafraid to tell him he was a jackass, and better yet, it was a live broadcast. 8 Comments.
