At the bottom it reads:
This piece was printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office in 1943. This is
OWI Posger #58 distributed by the OFFICE OF WAR INFORMATION, WASHINGTON DC. Also stated: Additional Copies May be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquiries. It had been folded and stored for years. The colors and picture are bright. The shape is exceptional with the exception of a bit of yellowing and as a split on the top fold about an inch long and one at the bottom about 1/2" long. These issues will not show when the poster is framed.
The piece measures approximately 16 x 22 1/2 inches. These WWII posters are becoming increasingly more rare to find. The market value of this poster is $295. As one eBay seller stated to me, "these posters were meant for motivational purposes during the war then thrown away." That is why they are becoming more scarce to find.
All items represented are in good condition for their age, and from a non-smoking environment. This item has been cared for like the fine piece of art it is, and kept in a gallery like setting.
