The U.S. Problem Bulletin

The U.S. Problem Bulletin is a magazine devoted to chess problems. It runs regular informal composing tourneys for all types of problems [#2, #3-n, s#, h#, fairies, retros]. There is also a solving competition (ladder) with subscription prizes for each ascent, and a book prize for the best solver each year.
