The USCF's Oklahoma State Affiliate listing on the internet also reflects Alan Pfeiffer as President. 17 August 03 - Policy Board Meeting including the announcement that the OCA is now a Non-Profit Oklahoma Corporation. 3 August 03 - Policy Board Meeting. 20 July 03 - Policy Board Meeting and Bylaws. 15 July 03 - Letter to USCF regarding the OCA Leadership Changes. This letter was emailed to USCF Director Frank Niro and his Executive Assistant Barbara Vandermark to clarify the status of the OCA leadership according to the governing documents and actions that had taken place up to that time. 7 July 03 - Letter to OCA Members from the New Policy Board. This letter was mailed to all active USCF non-scholastic members. Unfortunately, the prior OCA leadership had refused to hand over the membership information at this time. If you are an OCA member and were not sent this letter, please accept our apology. 29 June 03 - Annual Members Meeting Minutes, Video and Agenda. The OCA Secretary at the time of the meeting resigned at the end of the meeting and did not create minutes for it. Fortunately, a video tape was made of the meeting and minutes were created later. The video tape can be made available to OCA members who request it, in exchange for the actual cost of the duplication service. 13 May 03 - OCA President's Note to the Members. The OCA President prior to the June 2003 Annual Meeting and Election shared some of his observations on the state of the OCA. 1991 - Responsibilities and Duties of USCF State Affiliates (USCF Delegates' Motion 91-27).
