The page below and
the related links should now be recognized as a Correspondence Chess Archive.
Important: As of July 1, 2006, we moved the ratings department for
correspondence chess to Tennessee. There will be a delay in the
rating of correspondence chess games as we complete the new programming. We are optimistic in that our
new cc program will be up and running early 2007. If you have any questions pertaining to ratings,
please email: jdubois@uschess.org. For all other
matters related to Correspondence Chess please contact Alex Dunne at cchess@uschess.org.
We appreciate your patience.

Welcome to USCF's new Membership and Tournament Registration Store
The membership and tournament entry webstore has been completely redesigned, we think
you'll find it easier to use than the older version of our JOIN/RENEW/ENTER.
You will now be able to join, renew and enter our national events in real time
from the US Chess website! You will receive confirmation of your charge, a receipt
you can print and if you joined or renewed you can print out your temporary membership card!
We are excited to offer this new feature to you. While it has been carefully tested,
if you have any problems with it, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
This new program represents many new features we will be offering our members in the near
future!

We offer a wide variety of rated correspondence chess events, two of which involve
awarding the title of USCF's Absolute CC Champion and USCF's Golden Knights Open Champion
each year. Recipients of these two titles are nominated to compete internationally in
events organized by the International Correspondence Chess Federation (ICCF). The
ICCF website is one of many listed in the
Correspondence Chess link area of our website. Whether or not you enjoy playing
chess through the mail or by e-mail, why not join in the fun?
