1. Contest starts on June 1, 2008 and ends at midnight on August 30, 2009. No purchase necessary to win. One entry will be drawn from all entries received during the contest time span each week. The first drawing will occur on June 11, 2008 and the last drawing occurring on September 3, 2008. A total of thirteen drawings will occur. Odds of winning depend on total entries received. You must be 18 years of age or older at the start of the contest and a US resident to be eligible to win. Winners must show photo identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility at time of prize redemption. Prizes are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. The weekly winners will be notified by phone.
2. Official entry forms can be picked-up and/or deposited at participating BK locations while supplies last. For a complete list of participating stores and rules go to www.toledoblade.com and click on the BK/Blade Summer Fun page or visit the main lobby of The Blade Main Office during normal business hours in downtown Toledo. All entries must be received at participating Burger King locations no later then midnight, August 30, 2008. No mail entries will be accepted. Contest entry forms cannot be copied. Burger King and The Blade are not responsible for late, lost or damaged entries.
3. The Blade and Burger King employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and immediate family members are ineligible to participate in BK/Blade Summer Fun Contest.
