PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER THROUGH THE CYBERGIFTCENTER TELEPHONE ORDERING
SYSTEM OR (3) RECEIPT BY BUYER OF DELIVERY OF ANY PRODUCTS ORDERED

PRICING POLICY
CyberGiftCenter.com reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors
or changing market conditions. Advertisements, Catalogs and on-line
services are prepared in advance and does not account for the fluctuations
of market prices. Therefore, CyberGiftCenter.com does not guarantee
previous discount structures will apply to this purchase order.
CyberGiftCenter.com
reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation,
to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any
portion of the Service or the Materials. |

RETURNS
POLICY
|
|

Prior
to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, click on the following link

No returns,
of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please do
not ship your returns to our office address in Texas. All
returns to this address will be refused. |

|
Your
request for return will be replied within 2-3 business days.
When you receive your RMA # email from us, it will include the proper
address to send the return. |
|
|
|
All
RMA numbers must appear on your return-shipping box. RMA numbers are
valid for thirty (30) days from issue date. |
|
|
|
Personalized
gift items are purchased by the customer under no refund, no exchange
policy. |
|
|
|
Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances. |
|
|
|
Packages
refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and is
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non
refundable. |

|
|
If a
return received by CyberGiftCenter.com from the customer is physically
damaged in transit, it will not be covered under any warranty. Product
will be shipped back to the customer in the condition it was received.
No exceptions.

Non-Returnable
Items
The following items can not be returned to CyberGiftCenter.com for
any reason: All televisions 20" and over (including LCD and plasma),
all home and office video projectors, computer software, CD duplicators,
air conditioners, ventilation and ceiling fans. Please contact manufacturer
for returns and warranty information.

Return
of Damage Items
If a damaged product has been received, CyberGiftCenter.com must be
notified within 2-3 business days.
Damaged merchandise will either be replaced or refunded at Seller's
discretion.

|
|
|
Return
of Non-Defective Items
All non-defective returns must be done within thirty (30) days of
the invoice date.
All
non-defective returns will be refunded for eighty five percent (85%)
of the original purchase price (15% restocking will be charged on
all returns.)
All
returns must be in resalable condition, include original packing
material and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
Customer
is responsible for the return shipping cost of the Non-Defective
unit.
Credit
for all Non-Defective items will be issued on your Credit Card or
Paypal Account used to make the original purchase.
After
receiving the return, a processing time of 2-3 weeks is required
for processing and issuing the credit.

Return
of Defective Items
Defective items other than those mentioned in the "Non Returnable
Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
After
30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in
effect (Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture).
We
do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing
ground shipping cost of a replacement order. Note: if the replacement
is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery
cost will be refunded.
If
you do not wish to receive a replacement, credit will be issued
on your Credit Card or Paypal account used to make the original
purchase.
After
receiving the return, a processing time of 2-3 weeks is required
for processing and issuing the credit.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Order processing time varies depending on the product and services requested.
Processing time is mentioned on individual product pages as well as on all
orders sheets.
We ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Currently,
we do not ship to any international country.
We do not ship to PO Box address.
Certain products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Please check
product page for more details.
We only ship to confirm shipping addresses. Both Billing and Shipping
addresses should be recognized by the credit card.
We do not accept international credit card orders.

Sales
Tax
8.25% Sales Tax will be charged for shipping addresses in Texas.
Orders shipped outside of Texas are not taxed.

Customer acknowledges that he or she has read the warranty disclaimer
and understands the same and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Customer acknowledges that except as set forth in this document, neither
CyberGiftCenter.com nor any other person has made, and customer had
not relied upon, any express or other warranty or representation (including,
without limitation, advertising materials, brochures or other descriptive
literature) concerning any products.
These Terms and performance by the parties hereunder shall be construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. without
regard to provisions on the conflicts of laws. Buyer and CyberGiftCenter.com
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state
and federal courts of Fortbend County, Texas, U.S.A. These Terms constitute
the entire agreement between CyberGiftCenter.com and Buyer and supersede
all previous communications, representations and agreements, whether
oral or written, between the Buyer and CyberGiftCenter.com with respect
to the subject matter hereof. |
