Twenty-one years after joining Manukau City Council, Charles Rhodes has finally flown the coop. Mr Rhodes has worked with four of the council’s eight community boards; most recently with Botany Community Board.

One of Pakuranga’s longest standing GPs is hanging up her stethoscope for the last time this month. Dr Hilary Weeks of Pakuranga Family Medical Centre is retiring from general practice after 36 years at the clinic.
